I'm Doctora Rocío

 

I am a Seer, an initiated Medicine Woman in the Q'ero Inca lineage, a Counseling Psychology Ph.D., a mama, a wife, an eldest daughter, and a matriarch.

I walk and work in between the earthly and spiritual realms, and carry 25+ years of healership and teaching experience.

My work bridges worlds: helping you decolonize your mind to liberate your spirit while honoring both ancient traditions and the unique challenges of our times.

I know what it is to be conditioned by the colonial system. I was once a professor and therapist in the mainstream — overworking, holding people's emotions, hiding my psychic and sensitive gifts because I believed that's what survival required. That self-denial and fragmentation led me to a health collapse and a chronic disability. And then I was fired from my institution.

That earth-shattering experience was what brought me back to the sacred ways. My ancestors took me out of that hostile environment because I was meant to help people remember.

My path now weaves ancestral ways and new ways to meet the prophecy of these times. I deeply understand how much of a shock it is to awaken to colonial collusion — and how what we need is guidance, truth-telling, and compassion, not shame and judgment.

The vow I have taken as a medicine woman is to help restore harmony and balance to the world — personally and collectively. That is why The Prophecy School exists.
